Police Constable Pamela Pritchard, 29, was dismissed from North Wales Police after groping colleagues during a March 24th night out at Caernarfon Rugby Club. A disciplinary panel found her guilty of gross misconduct for twice touching a male officer’s groin, grabbing a female officer’s breasts, and attempting to kiss her inspector. Pritchard, a mother with nine months police service, said she was “mortified” and had no recollection of events. She told the tribunal “I’ve let down the police force, myself, my friends and family and most of all I’ve let down my little girl.” Assistant Chief Constable Chris Allsop ruled dismissal was appropriate, stating officers hold a “privileged position of trust” requiring professional conduct.
